NEW AFFILIATE CONTRACT

The contract signed on this day of , signifies the consented agreement of the parties signed below to the terms mentioned in this contract. I, Christopher Davis, Jr., CEO of D1OP (henceforth to be referred to as “Party A”) and of (“Party B”) shall accurately carry out the duties assigned within the contract. Both parties understand that they will be held personally and legally responsible if the terms of this contract are not fulfilled.

Party A will pursue new clients that require Party B’s products/services to Party B. All pricing arrangements will discussed in advanced, as to what a client will be quoted for the service and/or product you offer. When a service or product is requested, Party A will request that particular product or service from Party B, and then bill the customer using the price agreed upon. The payment for the product or service will be deposited directly into Party B’s business’ PayPal account. Of the payment that Party B’s business would receive from the transaction, Party B’s business would pay to Party A a 20% commission (i.e. $50 out of $250 profit). Party B’s logo will be displayed on the affiliate page of Party A’s website to signify the agreement, as well as free advertising for Party B’s business.

Party B is to embrace the services & products offered via bartering within Party A’s affiliate network. The network, within which Party B is joining this day, operates on the Biblical principles mentioned in 1 Thessalonians 5:12 and Romans 15:5-6. This constitutes that, in knowing those labored amongst and uniting by means of the services/products offered and needed within the affiliation, that Christ may be glorified through unison.
